Having problems logging into your account?

If you have any problems logging into your Pay monthly account, you can reset your password by 
clicking here or to reset your username, simply click here. If you're having any problems logging into your Pay as you go account, call our Customer Services team on 4455 (from your Tesco Mobile phone) or 0845 301 4455, and they'll be able to help.
