Your Tesco Mobile SIM card will come with its own number printed on the back of the box. If you want to keep your current number though, follow the steps below:
Just follow these steps:
- Contact your existing network and ask for a PAC code (Port Authorisation Code).
- Once you have your PAC code use this form to request your number transfer. Your PAC code is only valid for 30 days so please fill in the form before it expires.
- We'll then transfer your existing number to Tesco Mobile.
Switching from Tesco Mobile Pay as you go to Pay monthly?
If you have bought your Pay monthly SIM already, please contact Customer Care on 4455 to transfer your number from Pay as you go to Pay monthly. If you don’t have a Pay monthly SIM then call our dedicated sales team on 0800 433 4990.
Please note: Some phones are locked to a network and will need unlocking before you can use another SIM card in them. Your current network provider will be able to help you, but may charge to unlock your phone.
