Your Tesco Mobile SIM card will come with its own number printed on the back of the box. If you want to keep your current number though, follow the steps below:
- Contact your existing network and ask for a PAC code (Port Authorisation Code).
- Once you have your PAC code, click on the link below and fill in the form torequest your number transfer. Your PAC code is only valid for 30 days so make sure you fill in the form before it expires.
- We'll then transfer your existing number to Tesco Mobile.
Switching from Tesco Mobile Pay as you go to Pay monthly?
If you’ve already bought your Pay monthly SIM, please contact Customer Care on 4455 to transfer your number from Pay as you go to Pay monthly. If you don’t have a Pay monthly SIM, please call our dedicated sales team on 0800 433 4990.
Please note: Some phones are locked to a network and will need unlocking before you can use another SIM card in them. Your current network provider will be able to help you, but may charge to unlock your phone.
