How much does it cost?

Delivery is completely free on all orders placed on www.tescomobile.com.

When will my order arrive?
All orders are delivered via courier and is dependant on the handset ordered:

  • BlackBerry, Huaewi, LG,  Nokia (models : C1-01i, C2-02, C3-0i, X2-01 and 700), and Sony Ericsson handsets

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4:00pm should be delivered next working day for UK Mainland via Citylink. If orders are placed after 4:00pm your phone will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Please note that orders placed over the weekend should be received within 3-5 working days (Wednesday) . Orders placed on bank holiday Monday should also be received within 3-5 working days. Sunday deliveries are not currently available.

Orders are typically delivered between 9am and 5.30pm. A signature will be required.

  • Apple, Doro, HTC, Nokia (models : 6303, 6700, X6), Motorola Razr, Mojo Chat and Samsung handsets

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4:00pm should be delivered within 3-5 working days for UK Mainland via Parcel Force.

Please note that orders placed over the weekend should be received within three working days (Wednesday). Orders placed on bank holiday Monday should also be received within 3-5 working days (Thursday). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not currently available.

Orders are typically delivered between 9am and 5:30pm. A signature will be required.

Deliveries to Non UK Mainland addresses

Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey)

Delivery is within 3 working days for products that are in stock and available at time of order. We are unable to offer next working day delivery service to these areas.

We do not ship to any location outside the United Kingdom.

Delayed orders

Our delivery options are subject to the product(s) that you ordered being in stock and us taking successful payment.

We understand how important it is for you to receive your order as quickly as possible. However there may be times when our courier is unable to deliver your package on time due to factors that are out of our control, for example – extreme bad weather or a broken down vehicle.

Don’t worry, if we cannot ship to you right away, we will be in touch.

What happens if I am out?
All items delivered by will need to be signed for. We regret we are unable to specify an exact time of day for delivery of your order beyond the delivery window of 9:00am to 5:30pm.

However, if no one is available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address, the package will be returned to your local delivery depot and a card will be left detailing how to organise redelivery of your order.
