Subject to pre-ordering the Samsung Galaxy S4 Pay monthly handset on a 24 month contract on selected networks only and with the Samsung Galaxy S4 Accessory pack, does not apply when pre-ordering Samsung Galaxy S4 with 2,000 Clubcard points. Accessory pack is subject to availability. Samsung Galaxy S4 accessory pack will arrive separately within 28 days of receiving your Samsung Galaxy S4. Returns Policy
If you change your mind within 28 days and have your receipt, we are happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is returned as sold with all the original packaging and accessories. Please note that if you purchased your Pay monthly contract in store this policy does not apply.

Cancellation of your contract
You have the right to cancel your contract within 7 days of the contract date if you ordered your Pay monthly phone online. If you decide to cancel, we will make arrangements for you to return the handset free of charge. Find out more.

Bulk Purchase Policy
We operate a bulk purchase policy. In the wider interests of all our customers, purchases are restricted to a maximum of two mobile phones, two mobile broadband and two SIM cards per customer per order. If a customer orders more than five phones to the same address the order will not be fulfilled.
