For Pay monthly (excluding Tesco Mobile) a minimum contract term applies and is stated clearly by each individual deal and paying associated handset cost at point of purchase. Colour of handsets may vary by network. Inclusive texts and calls are to UK 01, 02, 03 and mobile numbers. All tariffs quoted as ‘Unlimited’ subject to a fair usage policy and are defined by the individual network carrier. General terms and conditions specified above apply to all pay monthly deals.

Tesco Clubcard Points

Pay monthly Promotional codes
Promotional codes are valid for use online only at tesco.com/phoneshop, and not in store or by phone, unless otherwise stated.
Please note that the following applies:
• For the promotional code to be valid, a valid product must be added to your basket.
• Only one promotional code can be used per transaction.
• Excludes deals with gift cards, gifts or Clubcard points already added
• Orders must be made prior to 23:59 on the closing date.
• No cash alternative is available.
• Offers are subject to stock availability and credit check.
• All other Tesco Phone Shop terms and conditions apply.

Tesco Gift Card on selected Pay monthly phones
This offer is subject to signing up to a 24 month contract on selected networks only. Gift card value varies depending on the handset and the plan. Network terms and conditions apply. Subject to availability. The free gift card will arrive within 28 days of contract sign up.
Please note: The gift card will be despatched separately and could take up to 28 days to arrive from contract sign up.

Gifts where applicable will be rewarded within 28 days of sale provided that the customer does not cancel the contract and subject to acceptable proof of purchase and signature. Promotional terms and conditions available at www.tesco.com/giftcard/.

Returns Policy
If you change your mind within 14 calendar days and have your receipt, we are happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is returned as sold with all the original packaging and accessories. Please note that if you purchased your Pay monthly contract in store this policy does not apply.

Cancellation of your contract
You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 calendar days of the contract date if you ordered your Pay monthly phone online. If you decide to cancel, we will make arrangements for you to return the handset free of charge.

Bulk Purchase Policy
We operate a bulk purchase policy. In the wider interests of all our customers, on Tesco Phone Shop, contracts are restricted to one per basket. On Tesco Direct, purchases are restricted to a maximum of two mobile phones, two mobile broadband and two SIM cards per customer per order. If a customer orders more than five phones to the same address the order will not be fulfilled.
