Returns Policy
If you change your mind within 28 days and have your receipt, we are happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is returned as sold with all the original packaging and accessories.

Cancellation of your contract
You have the right to cancel your contract within 7 days of the contract date. If you decide to cancel, we will make arrangements for you to return the handset free of charge. Find out more.

Extra £10 free calls & texts when you buy selected Orange Pay as you go phones in-store
Buy selected Orange Pay as you go phones in-store only by 26/02/12 to get an extra £10 of calls & texts. Free calls & texts don’t earn Animal rewards & if you don’t use the free calls & texts within one month from our confirmation text to you, you’ll lose them. Calls are to UK landlines & mobiles from the UK, texts are person to person texts to UK mobiles. Calls to call forwarding services (including those beginning 07), 05, 08 and 09 numbers are excluded from bundle.

Bulk Purchase Policy
We operate a bulk purchase policy. In the wider interests of all our customers, purchases are restricted to a maximum of two mobile phones, two mobile broadband and two SIM cards per customer per order. If a customer orders more than five phones to the same address the order will not be fulfilled.
