If your phone is in warranty then the repair will be free. The Mobile Phone Helpline on 0845 300 6660 will be able to advise whether the phone is within warranty or check the Terms and Conditions here.
If the phone is out of the warranty then our Support team will explain why this is the case. They will offer to repair the phone but there will be a charge. Not all phones can be fixed but the Support team will be able to provide more information if this affects you and is dependent on the fault with your phone.
Please note we are only able to look at phones bought from a Tesco Phone Shop (both online and in store).
