We hope you’re happy with Tesco Phone Insurance but you can call, email or write to us to cancel it at any time and your cover will finish at the end of the paid period. Cancel in the first 28 days and we’ll refund your premium as long as you haven’t made any claim. We’ll cancel your cover immediately with no refund of any premium paid if:
- you have completed 2 claims in any 12 month period,
- after two attempts we can’t collect your monthly payment,
- you no longer meet the eligibility criteria, or
- you submit any fraudulent or inaccurate details.
Whatever the reason, your Phone Recovery account will end when your insurance cover finishes. We will de-activate the software on your phone and remove your data from our system within 60 days of your policy end date. We’ll confirm policy cancellation to you and it will be effective even if notice is not received by you. Cancellation of your insurance does not affect your network airtime agreement.
